Ovulation with only one Ovary

by LaLa0812, Nov 04, 2009 06:09PM
Hello, I have had two surgeries int he past two years to remove endometriosis.  In the first surgery there was a chocolate cyst found on my right ovary and the endometriosis had also attached to my bowel and my appendix.  Yesterday I had the scond surgery and another cyst was found on the same ovary so it was removed as well as the appendix.  There was also as clear cyst found on my left ovary, which was drained.  I am still hoping to get pregnant at least once more.  How does having one ovary affect my ovulation and hormones?  Also, how doess this affect my chances of getting pregnant again?
