What are your numbers? I heard it was below 20, but then I had one come back at 2.6 and was told it was neg then 2 weeks later got BFP on a HPT. Then my Dr said anything over 2. So, it depends on the DR and if they did a quantative? it's all confusing to me. But that is what I have been told.
Thanks for telling me, I didn't test yet, just wondering, and wanted to know so I would understand it when I get the news. I should test on the 10th of Sept, wish me luck
For blood tests, anything under 5 is considered negative. If it's above 5, they will have you come back for another blood test to see if it's rising. Good luck!
With a qualitative blood test anything over 25 will say a Positive or Negative, this test is usually the fastest one, about an hour.
The quantitative blood test, the rule is anything over 5 is consider +, although like it happend to Hoping, if it is less than 5, a re-test is done, if the test results turn out to be <2 is negative, no re-test will be done. this test takes about 3 hours to get the results.
