I had two fibroidsFibroid tumors Uterine fibroids removed but only because RE was going in there to look for endo. Otherwise he said he never would have removed then and said they would not have affected my fertility. Since then he found one more small fibroidFibroid tumors Uterine fibroids and I got my bfp about a week ago..
I think they can affect your fertility, but it depends on where they are and how big they are.. They are very commonCommon cold. I think like 60% of all womenWomen's way have them..
There are no meds for fibriods. The best thing to do is try to stay away from is caffeine. It does effect growth. You will need a test called a HCG. It is an XRay of your uterus and fallopian tubes. It will tell you precisely where your fibroid is and if it will be possible to grow a baby inside with it. I have 2 fibroids but they are located up high and not intruding where the baby will grow.
Ask your OBGYN to send you to get this test. Mine was covered by insurance.
