I got my progesterone levels last week. I was on 100 mg of Clomid. My levels came back 59.4. Your levels show that you definitely ovulated, as far as pregnancy goes, I dont think thay can predict pregnancy with progesterone levels. I am still waiting to see. My AF was due yesterday and nothing so far. Tested last night it is NEGATIVE. Please keep me posted. When is your AF due?
I'm not trying to burst your bubble, but any level over 10 simplySimply sleep indicates that ovulation occurred. There is no mid-luteal progesterone level that indicates pregnancy. This site gives a little more info:
(I have seen all of the charts that give standard Progesterone Levels. Basically Im just looking for some insight and other peoples experience.)
This cycle I did not temp or use OPKs, I did not want the pressure of using those... as Ive used them for so long and it never has worked. Im on CD27 today - so perhaps I am about 12-14 DPO. My doc says to wait til CD33-CD35 to test. Ugh.. Hate to wait that long! I dont want to get excited, but atleast it WORKED, which was a surprise. I didnt really expect to have a good reaction to the Clomid, but thats a plus in itself, right??
When are you guys going to test and when are your AFs due?
I have been testing since 7 DPO LOL I was thought I was getting a faint line, but turns out a defect in the tests. So BFN so far and I am 12 DPO...AF due tomorrow or Sunday, but yes, I am on Progesterone (Prometrium 200 mg pill inserted vaginally at night) and I think that keeps AF away, so my last one is Sunday night, so AF prob won't come until Tuesday or so...but hoping she don't come at all and I get a BFP :) Good luck to ya :)
My progesterone level came back at 21 after 100 mg of Clomid. So I O'd,(I did not O on 50 mg of Clomid) I'll tell you in a week or so if I get my BFP. Today I'm 10 DPO I believe. I think I'll test if AF is a day or too late. Good luck to us all~
Mslkpage is right - progesterone levels only indicate you did ovulate, not whether or not you are actually pregnant. I'm not on progesterone supplements, but I was on 100 mg Clomid a few times. Once my progesterone was 21.4 and I didn't end up pregnant. This last time, it was 13.8 and I was really discouraged, but it turned out I was pregnant.
One thing I will say - out of over three years taking temps and the like, the two times I did end up pregnant were the ONLY two times I didn't do my charting or anything. Not to say that's the magic trick, but it does seem to put me more at ease and I've been happy with the results both times!

I hope you do get your BFP, though!
Thanks for the fast responses.

Are you guys going to do any additional testing, or are you both as well just waiting it out???
Are either of you on Progesterone? I am taking vaginal suppositories (Prochieve Gel 8%) once a day until I start AF. But... with any luck, I wont!
I have seen other ladies on here report high levels like yours- some turned out pg, and others did not.
Good luck to you.
Keep me posted, Ill check back! :)
