Question about taking B6 for my short luteal phase

by babyPLEASE00, Jul 30, 2009 08:52PM
Does anyone here take B6 Complex vitamins for a short luteal phase? I'm a little worried because I was told to take 100mg of the B6 BUT I should take the complex one, not just the B6 alone. Well, the bottle I got only has 50mg of B6. For those of you who take this, do you take 2 doses of the complex or is that not safe since it has the other B's? *******confused**********

I started taking 50 mg B6, 1000 mcg of B12 & 400 mcg of folic.  You cannot overdose on these vitamins, cuz you will just pee it out! LOL  They're  water soluble!
I've read though that it does take a few weeks for this to help, but I know it really does.
Good luck!
ps natural progesterone cream also will help for this!
