Robitussin or Mucinex??

Has anyone taken robitussin or mucinex to improve your cm?  If so what and when and how much.. I have heard alot but nobody ever answers those quetions.  Also if you know anything about preseed could you share that knowledge as well.

I've tried robitussin. But I have to admit, I didn't really see a big difference in CM...allthough, I've heard of lots of people who say it really works. I think I'll take it again this month to give it another try.

You should take 2 tbs. 3 times a day, from day 10 or so until you O. Also, make sure it's plain robitussin, not the ones with additional letters behind them. The only active ingredient should be guafinesin, or something like that (not sure about the spelling). Good luck!

I saw some news thing about it but never tried it. My doc said to stay away from any decongestants or antihistamines.

Yes, you're right. That's why it so important to stay away from the robitussins with letters after (Like Robitussin DM, CM, etc.) It has to be the plain one.
