Mu DH just got his S/A results and all look ok, but some are making me questions, what is the important parts of a S/A and what are normal results?

you can probably search this on the internet yourself,  but you have to search SA,  not S/A.

Just search "SA  sperm analysis infertility" on google,  and you'll get your answers for whatever results you have.

I forgot to post the results:
Volume - 3
PH - 7.6
Viscosity - LOW
Liquiefaction - Complete
Motility 1 hour - 70%
Motility 2 hour - 70%
Forward Progression - 75%
Speed of progression - 4
Agglutination - Slight
Concentration - 164
Motile Sperm Count - 344
Round Cells - 1
Epithelial Cells - 0
Other Contaminants - Debris
Percent Normal Morphology - 19%
Abnormal Type Head - 79%
Abnormal Type Mid-Piece - 0
Abnormal Type Tail - 2%
Sperm Mar Results - IGA - 0
Sperm Mar Results - IGG - 0
Semen Anaylysis Comments - Normal

I am concerned with 79% abnormal head?? but it says the percent of normal morphology needs to be greater than 15% and his was 19% so I hope that means this is ok??

I'd think it's a good thing looking at the last entry that says "SA Analysis Comments = Normal"

Sounds good to me but I'm not a lab expert.  Good luck searching the internet and I hope it's good results.

I'm assuming the count of 344 was 344 million - so consider that 19 % of 344 million are normal, good swimmers.  You only need one to get there, but if my calculations are correct, you still have about 6.5 million sperm in the running for 1 egg.  Nice odds :)

Thank you, that makes me feel better, yeah, it does say normal under their interpretations, and it says anything over 15% for normal morphology is ok and his is 19% so we'll see :) plus he has super strong swimmers, very good forward speed progression. :)
