Slow rising betas with successful pregnancy?

Hello. Well, this is my 2nd IVF cycle and I got my BFP!! Finally!
Here is the thing, look at my beta levels...they did not double.
On 11dp3dt it was 130
on 15dp it was 301
I go for my next beta tomorrow, Wed. but things don't seem to bright for me. Has anyone had success out there?? The nurse said if they do not go up, I can either miscarry or it will be an ectopic.
So tired of crying over and over.

Dont' worry. HCG should double every 48 to 72 hrs. It varies from person to person also. Yours in increasing trend only. I wish your levels are ok in your next appt. Good luck!
