Spotting and Prometrium

Hello
I have been spotting in between my periods for about 11 months.  Sometimes more in other months.  I had a miscarriage in September 2006, and we have been trying since.  My doctor gave me Prometrium last month to take 10 days before my period was suppose to start and I stopped it when my period came.  I just started spotting again yesterday it is not a lot just when I wipe.  I just want to know if I should start the prometrium again.  My husband and I were hoping this was the time it was going to happen.  Any suggestion would be helpful.

When did you ovulate?  I start taking Prometrium within a day or two of ovulation and don't stop until I start my period.  Could your spotting be implantation bleeding?  Is it too soon for a test?

Wow, if I did not know better I thought you would be talking about me. I too have been spotting since my mc last Sept. My doctor finally tested my progesterone levels on Thursday, I will get the results Monday. But it will be to late, I think. So I just started using my prog. cream. I sure hope he gives me something. If I were you I would start with the Pormetrium again. It surely could not hurt. Like nina3 said could it be implantation bleeding??

I really hope that this is your month!! Believe I know the stress of spotting every month and feeling like it is getting you no where.
