That is a question that no one can answer. It only takes one sperm to reach the egg. I know of a lot of men who take supplements and that makes a HUGE difference. I would google "supplements for good sperm" or something like that and see what helps. My DH has a great count, but he started taking geritolGeritol Geritol extend (pill form) and his numbers tripled. I don't know if they were related - but maybe! Good luck!
It is hard to say. I'm a littleLittle noses decongestant Little tummys confused by your numbers and it also depends what criteria they were using when evaluating. I don't have my DH's s/a results in front of me or I would look and see what his says.
It is true it only takes one sperm to reach the egg . . . but it never hurts to take a good multi-vitamin and make sure you are getting 800mg of Folic Acid (it just as good for the swimmers as it is for a women's eggs). I also had my DH taking 1000mg of Vitamin C as that is good for motility. There are other supplements that are rumored to be good as well, but I don't know how accurate the studies are. It's probably best to ask your dr if you should take something.
