That is a question that no one can answer.  It only takes one sperm to reach the egg.  I know of a lot of men who take supplements and that makes a HUGE difference.  I would google "supplements for good sperm" or something like that and see what helps.  My DH has a great count, but he started taking geritol (pill form) and his numbers tripled.  I don't know if they were related - but maybe!  Good luck!

It is hard to say.  I'm a little confused by your numbers and it also depends what criteria they were using when evaluating.  I don't have my DH's s/a results in front of me or I would look and see what his says.

It is true it only takes one sperm to reach the egg . . . but it never hurts to take a good multi-vitamin and make sure you are getting 800mg of Folic Acid (it just as good for the swimmers as it is for a women's eggs).  I also had my DH taking 1000mg of Vitamin C as that is good for motility.  There are other supplements that are rumored to be good as well, but I don't know how accurate the studies are.  It's probably best to ask your dr if you should take something.

PROXEED is a great medication (powder that you mix in any drink) for men who have low motility and quality.  You see results within 3-6 months.

I looked up my DH's s/a and his was based on Kruger's Strict Criteria.  This is what it lists for the normal ranges:

volume - 2.0ml - 10ml
concentration - 20ml - 500ml
motility - 50% - 100%
morphology - 14% - 100%
