luvkayln: I almost forgot, No, I haven't had any side effects from the Lupron! I was afraid I'd get nauseous or something, which would be awful on a boat, but I've felt great =) My only problem was my shot Thurs hit a blood vessel or something 'cause I immediately got a welt & still have a big bruise. Other than that, it's been easy =) I uploaded a couple pics from our trip, showing my 1st yellowtail. Keep in mind, I slept on the boat, woke up & fished, so it's no beauty contest! Haha =) We had a great time! Did you decide if you'll go camping?!

it's doubling...i dont believe it but its doubling.
after 2 years of TTC, its kind of dificult to believe when you hear a positive...doc said its gud i got rid of PCOS before pregnancy otherwise i cud've expected a whole list of other complications too.but now i have a much better chance.

im still cramping severely nd spotting. so am on complete bed rest. probably for the first trimester.. i just hope i make it the nine months. my first scanning is on the 29th. my husband had to go on a trip which was planned before and he couldnt avoid. my mom has come down but he was stil so upset when he left this morning.

luv kayln: hope ure taking it easy with work. how's the little active baby?

mrspace: Oh God i just read ur post about Anna. what's the situation now? she's in my prayers. and ur cousn obviously has NO IDEA about the pain of not being able to conceive. no one can imagine that pain if hey havent gone thru it themselves.

dnikki: i guess we're in the same boat about the cramps:) hope things go smoth for both of us! and great numbers.

candie: do hope ur shoulder's better now.

rachjas: ur follies sound like they're doing great. hope everything works perectly!

Mommyin10: Thanks for starting another thread :-) I'm glad you had fun fishing!!! I love fishing, but we haven't gone in such a long time...I'll check out your pics!! Also, I have a beta coming up tomorrow morning and my U/S on Wednesday ... No appt. this Friday :-)

Looloo: Congratulations!!!! How far along are they thinking you are? What a great surprise! Just take it easy and let others take care of you lol :-)

Yesterday was a rough day...I've felt like cr ap. At least I know it's a good sign lol. I feel like I get soooo hungry and thirsty so I'll havea small snack/small meal and then about an hour afterwards I feel like I at sooo much and I feel so sick... I can't even eat all of my breakfast...I think I'm going to pick up some pretzels at the store today lol...

mommyin10- You trip sounded soo much fun! I looked at your pics! That's fish is huge! How was it pulling that it? I am glad you didn't have any side effects from the Lupron while you were gone. I bet that made things much easier!

dnikki- hmmm yeah for be sick!?!?! : ) I am glad you are feeling preggo!~

looloo- Ohh yea! That's great that your numbers are doubling as they should. I bet your ultrasound will go great!

AFM- I am leaving in just a few mintues to go to my RE appt. I am getting an u/s and b/w normal. I should know more today as far as my schedule for the rest of the week. Will update when I get home! Praying for lots of follies!!!!

mommyin10- wow that sounds like a great evening. i hate fishing but i LOVE being out on the water on boats just relaxing. If i could buy one of those nice boat houses i would but those arent very common in new england.

dnikki- oh it is just begining. that sick feeling does not go away for a while and even when the constant sick feeling subsides, the sick feeling from eating somethign that the baby doesnt like starts. jaedyn would kick my butt from the beginning til about 28 weeks when i ate spicy mexican type foods, which are my fav. so needless to say i would still eat it and then pay for it once it got to him. have you taken another home pregnancy test just to prove to yourself its real? I think i took about 10 of them. it was something i just had to do. felt like marking your territory on little sticks, haha.

mommyin09- we live on a small pond and had a like 5 passenger speed boat last year but jason sold it at the end of last summer once all was good with the pregnancy. we just thought that we would not have time this summer to use it or take care of it with an infant. we are thinking about getting another boat maybe even one of those small party barages. it would be great to have one of those and have some friends and margaritas.

Hey everyone.  Let me just do a super big happy dance.  AF is finally slowing down.

We have someone coming to look at the puppies today.  So hopefully that goes well.  DH had plans to spend today with his dad and granddad.  A "guys" day.  Which is awesome.  Well apparently (without dh's knowledge) his family decided to make it a family day.  So the whole family is spending the day together EXCEPT for me.  I can't because we have people coming over to see the puppies.  DH was upset, but is going anyway, for father's day.  Then his mother decides to badmouth me (she was in my kitchen, I was in my bedroom and could hear her).  She was going on and on about how I must not consider them family if I didn't want to go with them.  Grr... DH set her straight but still.  Tonight DH and FIL have a softball game. I don't go to the games because they don't like us there.  It's kind of their "father son" time.  Which is awesome.  They HATE that my MIL goes to every game.  Whatever.

Enough of my temper tantrum ha ha.

I'm doing really well otherwise. I got a lot of housework done yesterday. I am done with clomid now.  My ovaries already hurt, but I'm happy about it.  Maybe we won't have to up our dose and it'll just work this time.

Oh, for those of you who asked.  Anna and Aiden are doing GREAT!  Anna was released on Thursday and she's doing fine.  Other than having massive ta-tas she's great.  She can't breastfeed because of her heart condition (and the meds she has to be on) so they are just bugging her.   Aiden should be released in another week or two, but it'll depend on his vitals.  Her husband is.. the same.  Anna's doing a great job of staying stress free and not worrying about her marriage. She's so strong and I'm so proud of her.  DH and I offered to have her and Aiden move in with us later on.  We just want them to be okay.

Okay, time to give the baths puppies.  I'll write again later

hannnah- Are you on Metformin/Glucophage? That could help with the testosterone levels. I had the same issue.

mommyin10- Wow, it does look a lot bigger! That's awesome that you were able to pull that in yourself. DH went catfishing last night. I wanted to go so bad. But, I am so bloated, tired.... my inject sides are so sore. But, I will not complain anymore. It's all going to be worth it!

Just got a call from the nurse... E2 1124!!!! They also checked my progesterone. It was nice and low like it should be, 1.4. My lining was 9ish! I had 6 follies on my right and 10 on my left. The biggest was around 14 and smallest I believe was 10ish. I am taking the same dosage of meds. tonight and tmw. I go back for another U/S and more B/W Tuesday AM. That should be my last appt. before ER Thursday AM. RE said I made need one more day of stimming. I won't know for sure until I get my B/W back Tuesday afternoon. But, RE should be able to tell Tuesday from the U/S.

Hannah: I had higher testosterone levels also - I took 1/2mg of decadron at night but I quit taking it The night before my IUI (You can't take it while p/g). But it helped :-) Good Luck!!

Leighanne: I know all about p/g sickness lol - the first 3 months with DS were aweful - It was all day sickness and whoever came up with morning sickness is soooo totally wrong!! I'm doing a little bit better now. We'll see what tonight brings lol!

Mrspace: I'm not quite sure about your in-laws lol...I wish they were more understanding!! I hope your pups sell today :-)

Rachjas: Woo-hoo!! Go follies Grow!!!! Good luck!!!! Your retrieval is coming up soon :-)

Me...I'm cooking dinner - DS is in a mood this afternoon lol...sometimes he's in a worse mood when he gets up from his naps than before he went down! Happy Sunday ladies!

I hope everyone had a nice Father's day.  We were at dh's parent's place and had a little bbq.  It was nice.  I'm feeling pretty tired now!  It will be an early to bed kind of evening.

Mommyin10 - So glad you had a great trip!!  That is quite the fish you caught!  And what a trooper you are to actually eat the heart!?!?!  I don't think I could do it!!!  Glad you are feeling great and that you are getting so so close!!

Hi Girls! Just woke up from a much needed nap and thought I would check in! :) We had a great day today! Sean loved his Father's Day card from his babies! :) We went swimming and bbq'd. It was nice. :) We've decided to go on our camping trip July 4th weekend, just the 2 of us... well, 3 of us! lol ;) We've never done that before, usually it's a bunch of us but we got to thinking...everytime we go with a big crowd, there's always DRAMA and it su cks! So we thought, hey, let's just make it a date weekend for us and find a sitter for the fur babies for a weekend! I think it's going to be SO much fun! :) We'll just have to visit Kayln for the 4th when we get back on Sunday!

Mommyin10- Welcome home! :) That fish definately does look bigger than 10 lbs.! You sure fooled me! ;) Congrats on your blood work coming out good! I knew it would, but that's great there'll be no post-poning the ivf! :) And congrats on tonight being your last BCP! That's just 1 step closer to getting through this process and getting your BFP!!! Yay! :)

Rachjas- Wow, your E2 levels are great! Congrats on all the follies! :) Before you know it, you'll be in your 2ww and well on your way to your BFP! This is so exciting...! We're going to have so many more on the BFP list! I can't wait!! :)

OHHH... I almost forgot to tell you guys! :) We have our baby names picked out! Ok, if it's a boy, his name is Sean James Stegeman. James for his grandpa who passed away the same month we got pregnant with Kayln, who I loved so much!! He had nothing but boys for grandkids, so when we found out Kayln was a girl, we knew he had helped send her to us because he wanted nothing more than a grand baby girl! ;) If it's a girl, her name is Jaiylee Adalynn Stegeman. The names aren't family related, just like them! :) I really wanted Adalynn for her first name, but Sean wanted it for a middle name so we compromised, and I think it sounds just perfect this way! :) BUT... I'll still get my way on this one and call her Addy! lol ;) We'll know soon enough, but I just wanted to share the news because we finalized the names together today! :)

So, I found out today that my varicella (chickenpox) blood test came back a-ok! Pheww ;)  So, like luvkayln said, we can continue on & we don't have to worry about postponing our IVF.  I'm so happy about that!  Plus, tonight is my last bcp! Woo-Hoo =)

luvkayln:  I love the names & Addy is such a cute nickname =)  I love names that are pretty, yet not so common.  I also love the middle name James!  You & dh picked great names, my friend =)  Now we just have to find out if it's a boy or a girl!  I'm glad dh had such a nice father's day & your camping trip sounds like fun!  I love the times that we go away just the two of us, even if it's just for a day or two.  Those are the most memorable times =)

Stacey:  Thanks =)  If I really had thought about it, I probably wouldn't have done it, but like they say... when in Rome =)  We had an older fisherman onboard who was quite impressed.  Haha!  I hope dh had a nice nap!

dnikki & stacey- I know I can't believe ER is coming up already! I really hope we get to trigger Tuesday! That is our 2 yr ann. and it would really be neat to trigger that day. RE said we might have to do one more night of stims. If we do, that's o.k too. I want to do what is the best.

luvkayln- It's crazy how the E2 can jump sooo quick. I just don't want it to get above 4000. RE said@ 4000 they get worried, 5000 they harvest the eggs but wait to do an FET in a later cycle and @ 6000 they completely cancel the cycle. But my RE was persistent yesterday that we are good to go!

mommyin10- I answered on your other thread but.... Yep! 11 days for me (if I don't have to add one more night of stims) MY RE said most people stim for 8 (but it could be 7 or 9). Then I have my trigger day. Then a day off. Then 36 hours after trigger I will have my ER. I can't believe you are already completed with BCPs! AF will be here in no time! Mine arrived the 3rd day after I was complete with BCPs. You are moving right along now!

guesito- All I can say is that just insane! I am sorry you are having to deal with all of this!

As for me, I feel about the same. I'm having food aversions and smell aversions...You know how you feel the day after you get the flu? Just kind of ick and nothing sounds/tastes good? That's how I feel. It was like this with DS also, so I'm not sure why I expected anything different lol.
Yesterday DS and I made DH a Father's Day cake - We decorated it saying"Happy Father's Day" Love Travis and Bean lol - it was cute :-) We decided that when we tell people which will be this week, we will let DS tell them - All we have to do is ask him where the baby is and he lifts my sure and says "There he is, There he is - You see 'em?" lol it's soo cute! I had my last beta drawn today - and my u/s is on Wed. I can't wait!!! I'll check in soon :-)

hey ladies i have a a few moments lol.all my other bloods and smear came back ok i have an apt a week tomoro about my high testosterone but i also have my first specialists apt soon not sure when but soon i am so exited i got a bit scared the other day thinking i am actually going to get preg soon lol.
my hormone level came back as 8.1 but aparantly pcos can cause that :( i was at 6 dpo when they took my blood but i am 4 days late today i did i digi yesterday and it never worked so i am getting another tomoro and i will take it the day after with fmu.
we are moving again lol were going to stay with my dad and saving up some money to buy a house as our landlord wernt paying her mortgage.

my hcg was 8.1 at 6dpo i have been looking it up and it said its rare its pcos causing a fake bfp thats what came up so is 8.1 possitve i am lost:s

Mommyin10- My RE's office only starts stims Sat, Sun or Mon. My actual CD 3 was a Saturday, but I didn't start stims until Monday. It all depends on scheduling. So, your timeline sounds just fine!

hannah- Yep, there are types of cysts that can release HCG! When do you go back to the Dr?

I got up to a late start this morning, but that's okay.  My mom was going through all of her "junk" after moving and found a bunch of stuff for me.  She brought down black curtains for our bedroom.  Just cheap walmart ones, but they do not let ANY sun come in.  So when my alarm went off this morning.  I thought I set it wrong because it was so dark. So instead of being at work at 8 this morning, I got here at 9:20.  My boss thought it was hilarious.  He's pretty easy going usually, so it was no big deal.

AF is doing SO much better now.  She's almost gone.  I'm in a lot of pain, but I'm almost possitive that it's my ovaries.  It's all lower back pain and I'm glad for it. Hopefully it'll work this month and we won't have to continue. But.... to be honest, I highly doubt it'll happen this month.  I think we'll need to up our dose, and the doctor agrees.  He said that if I O past cd16, we need to up the dose.  And last time on clomid I didn't O until cd20.  So we'll just have to see.

Last night DH and I got into a fight.  He was laughing the whole time.  I am so over emotional and crazy right now.  He made a joke yesterday that made me mad.  He gets into his sarcastic, i-think-i'm-so-funny moods and he says things that are actually hurtful.  He's been good about it lately but apparently he had a relapse yesterday ha ha.  We were watching a show and this girl had a big pregnant belly and I said "I want a big belly!"  His reply was: "You already do".   I was so angry. He thought it was funny.  He was just joking.  It was all me over reacting though and we're fine now.

Things with the MIL blew over this weekend.  DH's little sister got into a huge fight with her parents so that's the main "issue" now.  She's 21, living at home, partying ALL the time, and has no job.  So the in laws finally put their foot down and told her that she was cut off financially until she got a job.  So she blew up at them and told her dad (on father's day) that he was a ****-poor father and she wished he'd just die.  She's so spoiled.  If she were my kid, she'd have gotten her butt beat.  You don't speak like that to your parents. But whatever.

So, good news!  We only have 2 puppies left!  We sold another one yesterday!  The black little girl.  She's so sweet and she went to an AMAZING family.  We dropped the price a little, but I don't even care.  I'm just glad that she has a good home.  We have another couple coming today to look at a pup, and then whatever puppy is left, dh's cousin is going to buy for his daughter.  So I think we have them all sold!

Okay...gotta work now.  I've been putting it off too long as it is.  ha ha

Mommyin10 - Sorry!  I must have messed up the appt dates. My OBGYN appt is actually tomorrow not today.  Oopsy.  I'm hoping to get my c-section date tomorrow. My u/s is for Friday so that one is right!  Great news about your blood test!  No delays....woo hoo!

Luvkayln - Great names!  I really like Addy / Adalynn too.  It is so cute.  I can't wait for you to find out the sex!  A few more weeks!  I found out at 15 weeks which is very close to where you are! :)  Glad you had a nice father's day.  Dh and I were so busy getting to see his family (it's about an hour away) and we were in charge of the BBQ that we didn't really celebrate for us.  It's ok though.  We will have many years to celebrate once Jake is here!

Mrspace - Great news about the pups!  So glad they are going to good homes.

Hannah - I hope this is good news and not just a cyst!  Let us know what tomorrow's test shows!

Dnikki - LOL...I was thinking your dh but I guess it was ds.  So basically, my dh was acting similar to your ds!!!  I'm not on bedrest just have to limit my activity and work from home.  I can go for small walks and have been taking Honey on some small walks.  I'm not supposed to "dog walk" but she is gentle so I have been cheating a bit.

I'm doing ok today.  Having a hard time being focused with work even though I have a lot to do.  The weather is beautiful and I have so many other things on my mind as I'm sure you can imagine.  Jake has been very active.  Sometimes he stretches out so hard that it feels like a little foot is going to pop through! :)  Can't wait for you guys to all feel your babies moving.  I will miss it when he is born.

Well my beta came back at 14,830! I'm very relieved and now I will quite bugging my RE's office for them to stick me lol - I'll be 6 wks on Thursday!! Woo-hoo! I'm still feeling quite like shite lol...Nothing sounds good or tastes good. I haven't actually gotten sick in about a week, but I've been trying so hard to keep everything down... Check in later!!

AFM- Didn't know if you guys knew that my daughter is 33 weeks pregnant with her 1st baby. I was very mad at her for getting married so young (17) and getting pregnant 3 months after her marriage... But anyways I went to visit her today after not seeing her for bout 2 months and she's huge!!! Her belly button is completely popped out. I was in tears showing her all the stuff I had bought her for the baby...She looked so beautiful Its very hard to see my little girl pregnant about to have her own baby. But she is doing really good, they have nice apt. and are anxious for the baby to be born. I jokingly said I have all the stuff ready at my house so when the baby spends the night she has everything she needs and she replied.."You are a great mother Im sure you will be a wonderful Grandmother too" I guess god had a plan for me.. Maybe he wants me to be a grandma instead of a mom. Im soooo anxoius and happy to meet my grandbaby!! Its not my own child but I know this baby will ease my pain and will be sooo loved!

Congrats.. ... I was almost in tears... My son turned 18 in March.. and I took it hard... It seemed not long ago.. I was his age.. and I had him... I got pregnant young.. started down the wrong road.. but wouldn't change it for the world. But to see him starting out I wouldn't want him to do things the way I did.. he will always be my baby boy... and he seems so young.. I now know how my parents felt... And my twins are now.. going to be 10 in Sept.... and sometimes.. I wonder.. am I too old to be having another...lol My grandma says.. being a grandma.. is twice the worrying then when she was a mom.

Good morning everyone!  So lots of news on the thread!  That's great.

We sold another puppy last night.  So we only have one of the yellow lab looking ones left.  He's our little noise maker and he's so sad right now.  He's usually really playful, but not he just lays there with these big ol' puppy dog eyes.  It's sad.  Hopefully he'll perk back up today.  He's home alone all day today since DH is working a double, and I'm working all day too.  We asked the in laws if they'd watch him (since they took 2 puppies), and they wouldn't do it.  So...whatever.

DH and I went out to a nice supper last night.  Quite nice.  Good times.

I'm going to take my first opk this afternoon.  Does it matter if you take them in the morning or in the afternoon?  My last dr said it didn't matter, but I didn't ask my new dr.  If I need to take it in the morning, I'll wait until tomorrow.

AF is basically gone.  Every once in a while I'll get a spot or two, but it's pretty much gone, which is good.

mommyin10- I hope you had a GREAT birthday yesterday!  The blackout curtains are AMAZING and I think everyone should get them.  It's funny, I'm almost looking forward to my next migraine.  I usually hate that I can't get it dark enough, but now there should be no problem!  Ha ha.

luvkayln- How are you doing?  How's that little peanut?

dnikki- I'm sorry you feel like shite, but I'm so happy about it at the same time.  I'm happy about the reason behind it.  I'm so excited for you and I couldn't be happier.  How's potty training coming along?

Ok some great news! another RE reviewed my Tubal Ligation records and called me to let me know I have a 74% chance of getting preggo after he reverses it. He said he had done tons of them where the tubes where burned and turned out in a pregnancy within the 1st 4 months...Im excited but at the same time pissed off at my old RE for lying to me. They told me it couldn't be done to forget about it and to jump into IVF "More $$$ of course" I have researched this new Dr and he is one of the best in the country... The downside is we would have to travel to NC from Florida. The things we do TTC. =)

One last issue is to wait for the morons to send me my records so that my new Dr. can review my DH sperm anaylis done at the old RE. 1st they said he had low mobility then for the 2nd IVF round they said it was ok... They can't make up their damn mind! I think they just wanted to charge me for the ICSI fee and lied too.... Anyway if the sperm analisys are ok per the new Dr. then we will be having a tubal reversal veryyyyyy soon. Im happy and praying we don't have a sperm issue....to move on... By the way its only $5000 everything included

Well, I woke up this morning at like 530 b/c I was so nauseated..so of course to start my day off I got sick before 6:00...I felt like junk all morning but DS and I went and visited one of my friends who is p/g. It's hilarious b/c I got p/g with DS and then she got p/g with hers and was 10 wks behind me - Now I'm 10 wks behind her lol :-) It's cute though that both our kids will be so close in age! It was nice to see her :-) Anyways - on the way home (DH drove us since he had a meeting up that way), I decided that a whopper jr. from burger king sounded really good lol. We stopped and I ate it - It tasted soooo good lol!! I also had a couple of swigs of DH's Dr. Pepper but that didn't taste good at all...But so far, I've kept it down YAY! I'm starting to feel hungry again though lol :-) I can't wait for my appt. tomorrow!!! I'll check in later! Hopefully all is going well with everybody :-)

mommyin10- Thanks for the wishes! We of course had an appt. today. I am feeling quite sore and bloated. We had lunch at Red Robin. Not sure if you have those out where you are! We went and saw The Proposal afterwards. It was GREAT! I recommend it to anyone needing a cheering up! I haven't laughed some hard in a long while!

mommyin10 & mrspace- 2 years!! It's gone by sooo fast!

Thank you EVERYONE for the well wishes for this week! Sorry for not getting to talk to everyone.. the stims are starting to get to me. So, as for my appt. I couldn't keep track of all of my follies. DH said I had at least 20ish. The biggest was 19ish and smallest was 14ish. My lining was 11.2! One thing we are worried about.... today RE saw fluid in my 'bad' tube. She said with the all of the stim we produce more liquid(not sure what type). It seems as though that tube has closed back up. Really, she didn't seem too concerned. She did say that if we didn't get preggo through this we may have to talk about going in and just taking it out. She said it may be draining. I hope it is. Honestly, it causing me no pain, no fever, no spotting. So, I am not too concerend right now. RE did say that the leaking fluid could affect getting preggo.... grr.... I just hope it's gone twm! I doubt that will happen though. Just got the call from the nurse. E2 was 2394! I am taking stims one last time tonight. I see her again tmw AM for last U/S and more B/W. Trigger is set for 7:30pm. ER is Friday @ 7:30am!

Going to spend time with DH.... : )

Hey girls! U/S went great! Baby was very, very active! :) He/she was actually looking at us the whole time, dancing around! It was cute! :) Doctor said everything looked great! In the u/s pic, the placenta is taking up all of it's room it looks like, my doctor said it was it's pillow! lol ;) You'll see what I'm talking about when you see the pics! :) So my next u/s is in 3 weeks b/c my doctor wanted me to not have to wait a month to find out the sex, so she made it for 3 weeks with a high risk doctor so he could tell me and look at everything very carefully since she's new, which is fine with me! So I go to make that appointment and of course the university that the high risk doctor works at won't see me for the sex until I'm at least 18 weeks! :( So I have another appt. in 3 weeks anyways with my doctor on July 14th, and then we find out the sex on July 28th, which isn't far away and I'm happy we finally have a for sure date to find out what we're having! :) Yay!!!

Hannah- I was hoping to hear from you by now! I hope you update us soon with some great news! :)

Guesito- What a very cute name! :) And I love that it has so much meaning behind it! :) That's great your new RE has given you such great news!! I'm so happy for you! :) Hopefully you can get your records from your old Re soon and get on with the show!! How exciting! :)

hey everyone just a quick one its 1.45am and i still have not stopped were packing to move in with my dad for a while were gonna save a lot as i dont want to be put in this possition again with another naughty landlord any way.....
i did get a test and as i was peeing it fell into the toilet lol .......I KNOW...... i am soooo pissed i did try and rescue it but it was drowned in loo water i never had time to get another but i have an inteveiw tomoro i am going to get a test and do it when i get back no af and weirdly no cramps at all not one just saw bbs but i always have them 365 days a yr lol i am sorry (not as sorry as i feel on my self lol) god its sooo hot here lile 102 farenhiegt.... i love how much support you have give me i am soooooooooooooooo gratful

hi everyone. just a quick note.

i brushed through all ur posts :) that' quite a lot for a few days!! heehee.

well, im in bed, so cant really sit on the comp for long and im not allowed to keep my laptop on my lap. we still havent officially announced anything since i still havent taken it as "confirmed as solid". im afraid ill wake up any moment. i guess im ust missing dh :(( but my mom's gr8. im glad she's here.

im feeling generally unwell. not sick. but wierd. i have cramps and still bleed if i move about. i want to eat but after i do, i feel like i ate too much even if it was only one slice...and yet, i'd still be hungry...and i can smell everything my neighbours r making. so i guess all these r good signs.

as i had metioned earlier, i followed a strict regiment for myPCOS. one of my friends had PCOS too but not like mine, it was more severe. but i told her what all i did. she followed it word to word for about too months and when she scanned, the doc said he cud see a significant change.

so i was thinking of writing everything down and posting it...if i could help someone else too that wud be so much worth it. what do u all think?

scared about the scan on 29th...since doc is trying to not get my hopes up too high, i dont know wht to expect. and the bleeding really has me worried. on top of that, my dh is far away. but i thank God everyday for giving me the BFP and giving me that hope. i ray He gives all of you the same soon.

Luvkayln: I'm glad your u/s went good!! That's great that the baby is so active :-)

Looloo:I know exactly how you feel wth the food and smells - My RE gave me a dry/soft diet guidelines today to help with nausea and vomiting. He said to stay away from stuff that has citric acid in it like OJ b/c it will upset your stomach. If you want more of what you should avoid just let me know :-) Take it easy!!

Hannah: That is too funny lol! I'm sure it wasn't at the time but it is now lol :-) Let us know as soon as you test :-) Good luck!

I went for my u/s today - I'll officially be 6 wks tomorrow!! We saw the heartbeat - it's like a little flutter :-) And it looks like a tadpole right now lol! We are just sooooo happy!!! We are telling my mohter in law tonight and then DS and I are going to my family's houses this weekend (DH is working on the patio ;( ) and we will tell them then :-) Last night was a rough one lol - I ended up throwing up all my dinner (sorry tmi) and literally it came out my nose - I thought I was going to suffocate! It hurt and burned sooo bad! ICK!! Lets hope that doesn't happen again. I'm working on getting my u/s pics up but my scanner saved them in a place that apparently I can't find. Worse case is I';; have DH do it tonight... Have a good day ladies!! I'll check in later!!

Congratulations on seeing a H/B that's a great indication of a healthy pregnancy!!! You must be soooo happy! Well its time to relax and take good care of yourself and baby. I know exactly how the vomiting of mouth/nose goes. Had it for my daughter its terrible but all worth it =)

Dnikki- Congrats on seeing the h/b today! I know I breathed the biggest sigh of relief when we saw the h/b with this baby! It's such a weight lifted off to see that, and then the fun comes when you get to see the baby growing! :) Gosh, I'm sorry you're so sick with this baby! I can honestly say my nausea is gone, and has been for a while although it still sneaks up every once in a while but isn't bad. And I've only gotten sick once, but I always try to avoid actually getting sick! I hate it, even though I feel SO much better after! Haha!! Congrats again! :)

Guesito- Yay!! You finally got your records!!! How frustrating it took so long, but now you can start to really get excited b/c things are about to turn for the better for you! :)

OMG, ladies I just had the biggest scare! I couldn't find the baby's h/b!! I looked for like 3 minutes, and still couldn't find it, and I was completely freaking out b/c usually I just put the monitor right on there and bam, there's the h/b but this time I had to seriously search! The baby ended up being under my pubic bone, so I had to angle it just right to listen under my pubic bone to hear it and I just breathed a sigh of relief when I found it! Geez... it was scary!!! All is great now though, I listened for like 5 minutes while I calmed down! I just had to share my scare with you guys!

Rachjas- How'd your appointment go today? I hope you get to trigger tonight! :)

luvkayln- Omg July 28th will be here before you know it! That's great! Do you have any gut feelings about what gender that baby maybe?

mommyin10- Ohh that movie is good too! I have seen more movies in the last two weeks then I have in the last 6months total! I had to give my stims meds sometime between 5 & 9. But, whatever time I picked I had to stick with each night. So, we had rented loads of movies during that time and catched a few mid morning movies after RE appt. I had to make sure I was home to give that shot. I guess I could have carried a cooler around...but that was hassel enough when I took the Lupron on my mini-vaca to Cleveland. I can't beieve it..Sat is right around the corner for you!

looloo- I hope all is well!

dnikki- I am glad the u/s went well! i bet hearing the h/b was great! I am soo sorry you are feeling bad. If it continues that bad... your Dr. can give you a prescription!?!?

guesito- I am glad you got ur records finally! I don't really know how to anaylsis those.. but I can't wait until you get some clarification.

AFM- Sorry I wasn't around yesterday. I really need to get my head in a better place..and quick. I am feeling done. I was hoping, by some miracle, that the fluid would be gone at the end of the tube...NOPE, it was still there yesterday. One good note... RE actually doesn't see any fluid leaking into the cavity (that's the word she used...not sure if she meant uterus or what). So, I am hoping it's actaully completely blocked...lol...I have never wished for a tube to be completely closed... I have't stimmed since tuesday... and I am hoping for a 5 day transfer which would be next wed. Hopefully, the fluid with start to subside by then. She said that all of the stimming caused it in the first place?!?! Anyway, lining grew a little more (perfect pattern also), E2 2670.... and loads of follies (> 20). Today, I don't have to do any shots! I trigger last night at 7:30pm. I have to arrive at the clinic at 6:45am and the ER is at 7:30am. I will know before I leave how many we got. I will get a fertilization report early Saturday AM. I also start my PIO Sat morning.

She's like is this Braxton (new baby)? and I said no, and she said is this a pic from Travis (DS)? And I said no, but it's a picture of his little brother or sister! OMGosh she was so happy!!!
So we get to tell my side of the family over the weekend :-) I can't wait!
I only managed to get sick x2 yesterday - the only things I have managed to keep down are peanut butter toast, some fruit and believe it or not a whopper jr. form burger king on Tuesday lol - and that even sounds like shite right now!! RE said he could prescribe me zofran, I'm just iffy about taking it... Just a lot of dry heaving this morning (ick , I'd rather get sick!) I'll check in later!

Good morning everyone.

cd14 and I started my opks.  Negative today. I'm not surprised at all though.  My temp is being kind of wonky, but it's okay.  I figured this month would be our "trial" month anyway.

Last night I sat and complained to DH about work.  I have been trying to get my boss to go through this big stack of folders that needs to go to clients.  He just "hasn't gotten around to it".  Well if we get audited and they find those folders (nothing seriously bad, they just have to be given to the clients), we could get a serious fine.  So I came into work, planning on talking to my boss about it again before he leaves for the rest of the week.  I got to work, sat down, and guess who walks in?   Our auditor.  Surprise!!!

So she's in talking to my boss right now.  Luckily she's super nice and easy going.  Hopefully it goes better than last year.

Other than that, we only have the one pup left still.  He's adorable.  My little sister is coming up tonight and staying for the weekend, which is great.  I am making plans for our one year anniversary.  The travel agent keeps trying to book us for a wine tasting and I told her no.  First of all, Dh doesn't drink, period.  Second, I hope that I won't be able to drink by then.  Ha ha.

I hope you all are doing great!  I will write to each of you here in a while, when my auditor leaves lol.

luvkayln- i wanted to rent a doppler but in another way it can be a very nerve racking thing. i would have freaked out each time i could not hear the heartbeat and would have ended up at the ER each time. i know some women love it but i had to chose what was healthier for me and waiting for each appointment was best for me.

dnikki- thats so great you saw the lil flicker. its the best thing in the world. now that lik bean will grow so fast.

I called the RE's office this morning to see if he will go ahead and prescribe me Zofran for the nausea...I don't remember throwing up this much with Travis and at least with him, I could eat meat - This one - Nadda. I don't think I'm getting enough protein from fruit and peanut butter toast alone - and last night everything I had managed to keep down throughout the day - came up at about 9:00 last night :-( I have to wait a few hours for him to give a call back when his patient load lightens up....I don't like the fact of taking a med during pregnancy but what else is there to do?? The bottom sides of my ribs hurt from dry heaving all the time/getting sick...Don't get me wrong I'm glad that these symptoms are great and all, but I need some relief lol!!!!

dnikki- Hopefully, you get that prescription soon! I am sure it will help things out!

mommyin10- I did Lupron in the AM and stims in the PM. Some people, do stims in AM or AM and PM. I was on a pretty low dose, so I only had to do them once per day. The most common transfer days are 3 and 5. However, many clincs do any where from a 2-6 day transfer. We are hoping for a 5 day. We want the embie to be around 8 cell (a blast). That is normally around 5 days or 6 if it's a little slower. Sometimes...3 can be used it a very few eggs produced and/of fertilized, poor quality, age, etc.... If they think it would be better off in our uterus sooner than later.

AFM- I am feeling great! ER was simple. I even went to Perkins afterwards. And, I ran a few other errands. We got 22 eggs!!!! I am so happy. She was also able to drain that cyst I have had since I started seeing her! She said the fluid is still there, but NONE of it is draining into my uterus! That's a good thing. We will get our fert. report in the AM.

Keyan: Thanks for the well wishes also! Apparetnly he isn't to concerned about my nutrient intake...I talked to one of my friends and she said just be glad to get bread and water down...

RE called - he's not prescribing me Zofran like he said he would but instead giving me phenergan suppositories. Maybe they'll work - okay, hopefully they will work. DH and I ran out to get some lunch - I had a hankering for subway lol (odd) but it tastes so good lol! Hopefully I'll keep it down :-) I also stopped at walgreens and picked up those sea-sickness bands to put around your wrist. Hopefully those will relieve some nausea also... I'll check in later!

rachjas:  Yay!  I'm so happy to hear that your ER went so smoothly & you were out running errands after!  Wow =)  Now, take it easy!  Will you know in the morning whether you're doing a 3 or 5-day transfer?  That's great that you have so many eggs!  So many possibilities =)  Good luck to you!  AF started today.  So, at my appt tomorrow, it'll only be cd2.  I'm not sure if that matters & that they'll have me start my meds later or not, but I guess I'll find out tomorrow...  Yeah, I take my Lupron around 6 a.m.  I'll find out tomorrow how often I'll be doing my stims.  I'm excited! =)

Hannah:  Sorry AF's not being too kind.  I hope she eases up!  Your appt is coming up so quickly.  Is this your specialist appt?  How did your interview go?  Well, have a nice weekend & take care! ;)

Good morning friends!

Thanks for all the congrats on 30 weeks!!  It does seem pretty amazing and things are starting to go faster now.  I had my u/s yesterday but it was with a junior technician trained not to give any results.  It was over one hour long because it is so hard to see my cervix/placenta/blood vessel issues.  A senior tech came in and then a doctor to try to determine if the vasa previa (blood vessel over cervix) was still there.  I think they concluded that it was but I won't be seeing my OB again until July 7. I will just assume everything is the same unless I hear from my OB sooner.  But Jake is really getting bigger and is all folded up inside.  I don't feel him moving quite as much...he seems to sleep longer periods of time.  I didn't even bother getting a picture because you can't really get anything good at this stage. But everything else seemed ok!

Luvkayln - Can't wait for your next appt and then to find out the sex!  Get lots of pictures for your next couple of ultrasounds.  My best ones were at 15 and 18 weeks.  How is your belly?

Mommyin10 - Good luck with your appt and all your shots/stims!!

Dnikki - Hopefully the suppositiories work but if not, get the Zofran.  It sounds like you are very sick and you have to be able to keep something down!

Rachjas - Glad the ER went well and you got so many eggs!!!  Take it easy and get ready for that transfer!

Hannah - Sorry af is being so terrible :(  She will be gone soon.  Hang in there!

Keyan - Thanks for the note!  Jake's room is kind of at a stand still right now.  We have some work being done to our house next week (hardwood floor refinishing) so we are not doing anything else until after that is done.  There will be sanding and varnishing so we need to put most of our stuff away.  Not fun!  We are moving to my parent's house for a couple of days.  Not fun!!

Mrspace - Good luck with your Anniversary plans and enjoy the weekend with your sis!

Well...we have no plans this weekend but lots to do!  As I mentioned we are having some of our hardwood floor refinished next week so we need to move/pack/organize a lot.  A pain but it has to be done because it won't get done after Jake is born.

Hi, ladies!  Just a quick update.  My u/s today went really well & we sat down with the nurse afterwards to get instructions on the Menopur & Follistim.  I actually had my first Menopur shot at the office & will be taking those, along with a lower dose of Lupron in the mornings & the Follistim in the evenings.  My next appt is Monday morning, bloodwork & then Thursday I'll go in for an u/s & bloodwork.  Moving right along =)

Rachjas:  Any news from your doc today?

Stacey:  Wow, an hour-long u/s!? It sounds like you're doing well since you haven't heard from your ob.  That's great! =)  How cute Jake must have looked all bundled up ;)  So, are you heading to your mom's this weekend?  That'll be nice to get your floors done well ahead of Jake's arrival!  Have a great weekend & thanks for the well wishes =)

hello ladies sorry i have been MIA... been very busy with Daniel. He is one month old today, and is just a gem. he got weighed and measured on friday and weighed in at 10lb 13oz and was measured at 20 1/2 inches long
keep in mind he was 8lb 8oz and 19 3/4 at birth only a mere month ago... the boy can eat.. ***** down 4-6 oz every 3-4 hours... which is normal but it is crazy how fast he is growing... i will have to take new pics and upload them soon... i will let you know when i do so.

Mommyin10 - Wow you are moving right along!!  That is awesome and I honsetly can't believe how quickly your ER and transfer is coming up.  I've already started to rub my belly for you!  Regarding this week we are moving into my parents house on Thursday probably until Sunday.  The work starts Thursday morning.  We are finally taking out the carpet and exposing/refinishing the original hardwood.  I have wanted to get it done for a long time and finally it is getting done!!  But it is a pain because we need to empty rooms and pack up stuff because of the sanding and varnishing.  Ugh!  It better look good that is all I can say! :)

GUESITO - Great news!  Do you know when you could actually get the tubal reversal?  How invasive is it?  Very excited for you.

Well, I am up early again this morning.  Sleeping in is getting harder and harder...probably a good thing to get used to! :)

I really don't have an update... I'm on CD 33 and still no AF. BBs did eventually get sore, but nothing major. So this cycle is completely wacko!! I don't know what's going on this cycle. I guess I'll wait and see if AF comes.....I hate having these long drug out cycles!!!

I'm glad to see that everyone else is doing good and moving forward! I can't wait to join everyone!!

Good luck to all the ladies TTC and the ladies with the BFP's I hope everything continues to go smoothly!!!

Well, stims are going well.  I've had a major headache since Friday & I'm SO tired.  I feel like this AF is so different, probably because of the bcps and Lupron, but ever since it started I've felt like this.  We got up to do our two injections this morning, then went back to bed & I didn't wake up til 10:00!  Crazy! :)  Now I'm getting ready to meet my girlfriends for lunch.  Hope you all have a great day!

Stacey:  That's great that your floors are being done this week!  You will definitely love them, I'm sure! =)  We finished our floors in our front room & it looks beautiful!  The rooms look bigger and cleaner to ;)  Yeah, my ER should be early next week...  I guess we'll see with my upcoming b/w and u/s, but they said it's generally 11 days after I start my stims ;)

ad_06:  This is a long cycle, huh!?  Will you see your doc at all or just wait it out?  Good luck! =)

Guesito:  That is great news!  Congrats =)  Is your reversal scheduled already?  How's your daughter doing?

Sry I have been MIA. Yesterday, the day after ER, we got our call around 11. Of the 22, 16 were mature. Of those 16, 6 fertilized with ICSI and 3 were discarded. The remaining 7 needed to 'grow' a little before being fertilized. Needless to say.. I wasn't to happy.. well optimistic after that call. The lady said 'if anything changes we will call you back this afternoon.' Well, I never did get a call. That made things worse. So, I woke up this AM not knowing when to expect a call.... I got one at 9:30. First of all, I was happy they did call and I was happy they called early!

Of the 6 that were good yesterday... 4 of them were graded 1.5 (3 of them 4 cell and 1 was 2 cell), the other 2 were graded 2.0 (both of them 4 cell)... so, all 6 of those are doing well

Of the 7 they were waiting on... 5 were discarded and 2 are great, graded 1.5 (both 4 cell)

I am in a much better mood today. I am more optimistic. It sounds like the 8 I have now... are doing pretty well. They even told me that they would call me tmw. So, it sounds like I will be doing a 5dt (5 day transfer), that means Wednesday!

ALL- Thank you all so much for your notes and well wishes! Tmw was just a very stressful day!

Mommyin10- I am sry you are experiencing headaches. Have you tried tylenol extra strength?

grading scale is 1-4 (1 being the best).. the lab tech said mine graded a 1.5 bc they had minor fragmentation

My daughter is huge!! Im going crazy planning a baby shower for 7/18 she is 7/25 so im think I waited too long.

AFM- hubby out of town but when he returns we choose a date and move on to have a Tubal Reversal. Also saving the $5900 to avoid debt and touching savings.

Stacey- Surgery takes about 2 hours.. 2 weeks rest. And then try, try, try the month after. Poor hubby.... Yeah right! =)

Mommyin10- Sorry about the headaches! That stinks! :( I could imagine though will all the meds you've been taking it would affect you like that!! I hope it lessened some for your outting with your girlfriends today! :) I had a great weekend off! Sean's been basically working all weekend, but that's ok b/c next weekend will be all about us! :) I put the tent up this afternoon to clean it out and air it out, and I've been getting things together so I'm not rushed at the end of the week b/c I'll end up forgetting something! I hope you had a great weekend, and are getting more and more prepared to be where Rachjas is!! Yay! :) I took Kayln her 4th of July decorations today! Her little area looks so adorable now! :) I forgot to grab my camera, but my mom had taken her some 4th of July decorations yesterday too, which I got there and thought that was just so sweet! :) I'm already getting excited about her Christmas tree again this year! Hobby lobby already has their ornaments out, it really makes me feel VERY close to my due date! lol :) But I saw an ornament there that said BIG SISTER, and I just can't wait to get it for her and put it on her tree! :)

Rachjas- I'm glad you're having a better day today! I think your embies sound like they are just doing perfectly, congrats!!! That's awesome they are giving you daily updates on your babies!! You're definately already mommy! ;) That's awesome you'll be doing a 5 day transfer! I've heard those are the ones that are more likely to stick b/c they're more developed! Can't wait until Wednesday!!! ;)

looloo- Good luck at your u/s tomorrow!! Update us asap! :)

Stacey- That's great your floors are getting done this week! I'm sure when they're all done and you're able to come home, you'll feel like you're in a whole different house! ;) How's Jake's room coming along? We've decided when we find out the sex, we'll be getting the baby's room together. I saw a brand new baby boy today, and it really got me excited! He was just sleeping and just so little and cute... I just really have this feeling that we're having a boy! If I'm wrong, my intuitions are off, oh well! lol ;) See, it's funny b/c Sean's grandparents had all girls, then all those girls had all boys, and SO far, all the boys have had all girls! We had a girl, one of Sean's cousins and his girlfriend had a girl also, and we just found out that his other cousin and his wife are having a girl! They're a month ahead of us! So Sean's pretty convinced it's going to be a girl! :) He doesn't refer to the baby as "baby" he refers to the baby as Jaiylee Adalynn! lol ;) I keep telling him that's it's a boy though, he just doesn't believe me!! :) Anyway, hope you had a nice relaxing weekend, and were able to get a nap in today! ;) Oh, and my belly is getting BIG! Still not wearing maternity yet though! I'm trying to stick it out b/c I remember with Kayln, my maternity clothes got boring wearing the same ones over and over! :) I did wash my smaller maternity last week though, so it's ready for when I do need it. Probably in the next couple weeks! Oh well, by then I'll be almost half way done, and that sounds great to me! :)

Candie- How are you doing? I see you're at the end of your cycle!! I'm praying AF stays away and a BFP is in store for you!! :) Hope you had a great weekend!!!

stacey- its usually now that you will feel bigger movments.  like jake will roll his butt or back to one side and since he is so big your whole belly will move.  jaedyn used to get the hickups like 3 times a day so my belly would have little bumps up and down for 5 minutes straight.  so are they thinking now that you will prob mostly likely have a c-section?

ladies i will try to check in later and write to everyone.  i start a new job wed so finishing up the current job is overwhelming and by the time i get home, i make dinner and soend the night with jaedyn and then go right to bed.

quick update on him, he is growing so fast.  he has his appt last wek and was 25 inches long and 5 ounces shy from being 15 lbs, lil chubby man.  he is eating solids now for breakfast and dinner, he tries rolling back to belly which is the harder one, he babbles so much and i swear he says ouch and BA when his bottle is in front of him.  he tries feeding himself so i bought him a bottle with handles to keep promoting it.  he also moves his walker in reverse, its cute.  all and all he is growing so fast.

i have added some new pics of Daniel and myself... i am no where near where i want to be weight/size wise BUT i am only about 10-15 lbs from what i was when i got pregnant... so not too bad... i would say i bounced back pretty well

hope you all enjoy seeing the pics of this lil bugger he is solid, but has those lil chubby chipmunk cheeks...lol

Good morning everyone!

I'm cd18 and still no +opk. DH and I started bd'ing every other day, just in case I'm missing my +. But I don't think I've O'd yet. I'm starting to get some O pains, but I feel fine.

I got super sick this weekend. Some kind of cold/sinus ****. Not fun. I'm still not 100% better, but I'm at work and doing fine.

I am super busy at work so I can't update everyone, but I love you all and I'm thinking of all of you!!!!

AF is finally here....Yay....back to CD 1!!!This was my 2nd cycle since my m/c, but I don't think I will be able to go back to the RE just yet. I've been trying to work on the money issue. Maybe next month....

Plus my dad has to see a dr that is almost 3 hours away from us for the tumor they found in his leg almost a year ago......so I might be pretty busy taking him back and forth for a while. His 1st appt is on the 2nd. The dr that he was seeing decided he wasn't going to work around here anymore, so they are transferring him to this other Dr. So we will see what is going on hopefully!!

Happy Monday friends!

I posted some new belly pics - 30 weeks and 3 days.  Check them out.  I am definitely bigger but have to say I am feeling really good.  I don't think he is sitting either really high or really low, somewhere in between, so that helps.

Luvkayln - Yes, it will be so nice to have our floors done.  I have been wanting to get them done since we moved in 2 years ago!  It's funny because I had feelings that I was having a girl.  So many of my friends/family also thought it would be a girl.  I think that is why I was so shocked to actually find out he was a boy.  But I am so glad I found out.  Now everything has a name "Jake's room", "Jake's crib", "Jake's birthday".  I love knowing.  I can't wait for you to find out.  I'm going to guess you are having a boy for no particular reason! :)  Jake's room is coming along.  My shower is coming up on July 12 so I am kind of waiting on buying anything else until after that and plus with the floors getting done we have to put everything away anyway!

Leighanne - Yes it is looking like a c-section for Aug 12.  There is still a chance things could resolve but the c-section is more likely.  I am really getting excited about it!!  And yes Jake is doing the roles and stretching and he sticks his butt right out so I can rub it :) and of course the hiccups!!  I love it all.  I can't believe how quickly Jaedyn is growing and developing.  It is just so amazing how fast it all happens!!  Post new pics when you can! :)

Mommyin10 - I figured you could appreciate the floors after all the work you guys have had done!  The carpets are dirty and gross so it was the one thing I told dh was a "must do" to the house before Jake comes along.  It will be much cleaner, brighter etc etc.  Just a pain to do!!  I'm really looking forward to your u/s results on Thursday!!  Come on follies....grow and grow many! :)

Rachjas - It sounds like your embies are good and 1.5 is excellent.  We had some minor fragmentation with ours too so it is really normal.  5 day transfers will also increase your chances quite a bit!!!

Mrspace - Hope you feel better!  I hate summer colds.  Keep bd-ing!  I'm sure your +opk will be here any day!!

Ad_06 - Glad you are getting back on schedule.  That must feel good.  I hope you can get back to your RE soon but try to enjoy a bit of a break.  All the best with your dad.

Candie - I am with Luvkayln and hope that you get some good news at the end of this cycle :)

stacey- Thanks! Summer colds are the worst, especially in this heat wave we're having. The heat index is rediculous. But I am feeling better. Other than a stuffy nose, I'm great. I'm not having any O pain today. Last time I was on 50mg of clomid, I O'd on cd20. So I'll probably O on Wednesday. We'll see.

Got a call this morning! this is were things are at on day 3

of 6 from first group
1 was graded 1.0 (morula stage, stage before blast)
4 were graded 1.5 (3 early morula stage, 1-7cell)
1 was graded 2.0 (6 cell)

of 2 from other group
both graded 1.5 (1 was early morula stage and other was 12 cell)

At the end of the convo she said that they would call WED with update an ET On Thursday! So, it sounds like we may be doing a 6dt...she did say it could change though! hmm.. another day of waiting..
