anyone with success on first IVF at 45?

Im 45, just finished my first IVF cycle. Been trying to conceive for 9mths.Married for only 1 year and 3mths. Our Dr. felt this was our best chance for a baby. I've had an Ectopic pregnancy in which I lost my right tube and 1 miscarriage. No more time to waste. Everything has gone really well. All test came back surprisingly great. So much so that we used my own eggs. Transfered 3 embryos, 1 was a grade 1 and the others were grade 2. Dr. was extremely pleased that I produced such good eggs. Now in 2ww period. Test tomorrow 6/18. Any good results out there to put my mind at ease??
