clomiphene challenge test

Does anyone know what normal estrodiol levels should be on day 10 of a cycle while on clomiphene? My fsh is 5.6, my est. is 480. The nurse didn't say much. She said the Dr. will talk to me more about it on day 12 when I have an u/s. Should I be worried? I know fsh should be lower than 12.
