cramping on day 3 after embryo transfer

Hello Dr,
I had 3 embryos transfered on 09-Oct-2009. I had a cramp from ovary procedure but on the night of Day 20 of my cycle I had different sort of cramps which were very similar to my period cramps. I always get that cramp during my normal cycles and in the past whenever I had these cramps on day 20 I knew that I was not pregnant. Could you guide me why do I get cramps on day 20 even for my normal cycle? Also I had two small notches on the inner linning of uterus and my Dr said these won't interfere with pregnancy. Do you think they should have placed the embryo in some specific spots during the transfer or it does not matter?

hi, after day 10 of my 1st ivf cycle i had prementstrual cramps, which according to my body was normal as i was due for the monthly period, doc advised me to have bed rest and prescribed cylklokapron tablets to stop any stopping/bleeding... i had irregular spotting and very bad cramps on day 13...thats when i think i lost all 5 embroyos, did the blood test the following week and was negative, if ur experencing any sharp cramps or spotting, please see your doc asap... good luk and baby dust to you.

hello, sorry for the delay but I missed your message. Yes I had periods and of course was not pregnant.
How about you have you or are you going to try another IVF. My Doc has recommended january for 2nd IVF
