ectopic in my 2 pregnancies

on 9 november i had my period on 12 december i went 2 check my late period dr said after blood test i`m pregnant i was happy that i cried,after 5 days i start bleeding with little pain on 18 i went 2 dr i explained 2 him i had an ectopic pregnancy a year ago and a blocked left ovarian tube,dr couldn`t  see anyyhing in my uterus nor an ectopic pregnancy.they admitted me in hospital for observation on 20 i had severe pain with bleeding that i asked my dr for laporoscopy.on 21 i had the surgery that showed adhesions and endomitriosis but no ectopic was found,after 3 days of laporoscopy my hcg was still rising slowly,dr suggested methotrixat enjection.all sounds under control but on 1 january i had pain again i went 2 dr he is on vacation an other dr gave me voltaren suupository 2 stop the pain and said my hcg is decreasing.my uestion is if i was ok after the surgery and the enjection why the pain is late?when i`m supposed 2 stop bleeding?do i have 2 worry?because after taking voltaren for 3 days dr asked 2 stop it and after 5 days pain comes again more severe.is it normal that the pain comes at this stage hen i thought i`m healing well.pls help me i`m not living in my country and i`m absolutely alone.my hubby can`t leave is job all the time for me.i`m scared 2 death.tx 4 ur understanding
