feeling upset...

I had my sonogram and biopsy on Wed.   The sonogram showed that I still had tissue in my uterus from the d & e.  the dr. told me I have to have surgery to remove it.  They called me today to tell me that the date of my surgery is going to be August 17th.  I don't want to wait that long.  Now, I have to wait to probably October to try again. I asked them why the surgery counldn't be sooner and they said because the doctor is going on vacation.  This really is not fair!!!

Oh yea...  After the tests were done on Wed, she said that I had a lot of mucus, so she told me I will probably ovulate within 4 to 5 days. Doesn't she remember that she took out both of my tubes.  I don't understand why she told me that.

Gosh, I'm so sorry ;(  I'm sure the nurse just wasn't thinking, but that's really no excuse, especially when you're already feeling defeated...  Is there any way you can see another doctor for the surgery?  I know how frustrating it is to have one hurdle after another thrown your way & I'm just so sorry you're having to go through this.  If you do have to wait til August, take the time to let your body heal a bit more & focus on ttc once it's over ;)  Stay strong & best wishes!

It was actually my dr. who said it and I was in shock when she did..
My dh got me a gift card to a spa to help me relax.  i'm just not sure if that will even work, but I'm very grateful.  I just hate waitting because it pushes when we can try again back a few months.
