femara or letrazole emergency question

Dear friends,

Do you guys think I have to do US when I take the letrazole or not??
actually last month I lost my chance because when I did US my ovulated have done before,so this month I don't want to do US and I want to do only ovulation test by kit is it ok or not?? what do you think about triger shot Do I need to do it or not because I always have a regular cycle and regular ovulation, so can I only take letrazole without  US and Trgger shot ???please let me know I don't know what should I do. and I'm confused last time I lost my chance and pay for US and without any help.
please let me know with your experience.

I did not do u/s with Femara. I did with Clomid because it is common to get cysts on it. Femara did not cause me any problems that I needed to monitor with u/s. I did not trigger either.

my RE recommends trigger/US if you are doing IUI with either clomid or femara.
i have my US on Monday (CD12).

By the way it sounds, last month was your first month on the Femara?  And you had an u/s late that showed you did in fact O?  If you are definitely O'ing on the Femara, then I think it would perfectly fine to monitor yourself with the OPK's to help time your intercourse.  Also, if you are definitely O'ing, then there wouldn't be any reason to have the trigger shot.  I think some doctors do this just to ensure ovulation and help time it better, but if your body doesn't need it, then why do it.  I would check with your doctor though and be sure.  I was on Femara for 4 cycles and I requested an u/s during 1 cycle just for peace of mind, but otherwise I just monitored my temps and used OPK's.  All the best to you!  Hopefully the Femara will give you the boost you need!

actually my doctor doesn't accept without US because any time they charge me $105 and they can make money some doctor only recommend this medicine only one time uS ,
Iwas on clomid 2 cycle with no success and If I start this month it is gona be my secound cycle ,,for clomid two time US and One time with femara.that's why I don't like to go through US ,but if it is really important I gona do that .I don't know what should I do??

because I want to tell the nurse I want femara and she is gona put the appointment for  me but I was thinking If I don't like to go through the US I can call and cancel it.
please tell me if it is really necessary .that's fine.
