first scan and nothing there ???

hi ladies i would really love some help please ,my story is a weird one ..lol..well here goes i was taking metformin about 3 weeks ago as my last period was about 6 to 7 weeks ago and then i went on holidays and ran out of the met so i waited a couple of days for af to come and nothing so i started on the provera for 4 days and then i had to go to hospital as i had really bad lower abdominal pain and they told me nothing and that was 3 weeks ago and the preg test they did was neg so i just kept waiting for af to come and nope she didnt i have had really tender breast and goin to the toilet alot but i didnt think anything of it as i have not had a period but something told me to buy a preg test which i did yesterday and bang a big dark line straight away and then i made hubby go and buy another one this morning and bang there it was again a big dark plus straight up so i went to my docs and he did a urine one as well and yes it was positive so he took bloods as well and then he sent me for a ultrasound because of my miscarraige rate and then the women tells me theres nothing there and that it could be something else WTF??? , and 2 morrow seems like forever away to get the blood results .im so down and freaking out as to wat else it could be im scared .has anyone had anything like this before and if so what was the outcome please any help at all i would love thanx so much in advance xxxxxx
