follistim & Estradiol Question

Hi Guys, Praying someone can help me here. I am currently doing an injectable cycle. Started on cd5 instead of cd3, because i had a laparoscopy done, but doctor said it was fine. I was taking 125 units, cd 9 I had 4 folilcles between 11 and 13, and my estradiol was 178.  so they had me cut back to 100 units, so i wouldn't have all 4 mature. today cd12, my estradiol was down to 55, all 4 follicles  are still the same size. now they want me to stay at 100 units and come back wednesday. does that make sense? Is all hope lost for this cycle. anyone have similiar experience.amu advice would help.

E2 dropping is not a good sign but your 4 follicles are still there.  I hope your E2 level goes up by your next appt.  I am not sure why they did not adjust your dose again.  Sometimes it's difficult to figure out how different patients react to stims.

thanks for your response, I'm just wondering if the follicles will start growing again, or if this was a wasted cycle. this is my 5th cycle of injectables, sometimes i don't know if they know what they are doing, but its a lot of money to keep wasting.
