ivf and ambryo transfer

if you have 2 emryos transfered and both of them implant could you  lose one but still show that your pregnant form the other embryo hope this makes sense.

Yes, if two embryos implant, it is possible to lose one (God forbid) and still carry the other. Are they in separate sacs? Separate placentas?
