Not to upset you, but it may be a false positive due to the HCG shot. It normally take about 10 days for it to get out your system with 10,000 units. I would wait til closer to your AF date to test to make sure that the HCG from the shot is out of your system.
I agree - -that's a very high level of hcg used to assist not only with the stilulation of ovulation, but to also as supportSupport Support 500 during the early stage of implantation / pregnancy. When did the doctor tell you to have a blood test done? I think you should rely mostly on a bloodtest.
I wish you all the luck and much baby dust!!!
Okay....this may sound weird, but I'm confused. Do they always do IUI if you are on a protocol of Clomid or Repronex or will they just let you try naturally?
Will you always get an HCG shot with the above protocol. I noticed that my sheet has that on there, but there is no date.
I noticed there weren't any specific instructions on my sheet from the RE's office as to when to BD. So I'm wondering if we should starting on CD10? I thought they were doing IUI, but I'm not 100% sure.
I was waiting to ask at the doc's office tomorrow, but I thought maybe y'all might know. I know you probably think I should know all this, but I just got a lot of information thrown at me.
Out of the 12 cycles of Clomid, Fermera, and Repronex, I had one IUI. That is because we chose to do so. The cycle I became pg on was not an IUI. It was just ovulation induction. When I did clomid with my midwives, I did not take the HCG shot, but as soon as I went to my RE I did with every cycle. At least you know you will ovulate.
