I have pcos as well.  I've been trying to get pregnant for over a year and a half, and just a few weeks ago I found out I was pregnant finally.  So it certainly is possible to get past that hurdle.

Good luck!

What did you do that cycle to get pregnant?

I had tried for years.  When finally dx with PCOS my dr put me on Metformin.  I got pregnant 3 weeks later and now have a 2.5 year old little boy.  It is very possible.
