period start 19th, with clomid 150mg ,anyone knows when i OVulate?right timing intercourse pls!

hi ladies,
   I am on clomid too 150mg this cycle ,and i want to ask if when i become ovulate,my period start june 19th  morning and stop 22th ,and i start my clomid 20th until 24th .,i wanted to ask if when I DO ovulate and what is the day of intercourse ,I need to know because i tried to check on fertility friend for charting ,i cant get into it ,
  If anyone here knows what is the start of the day BDing /intercourse ,i am new at this site and never get preggo since before ,and all of this things new for me ,i been married 4 years but i nver had pregnant ,,and no m/c nothing ,so i wanted to know what is the less expenses than going to OB ,I need to get pregnant in normal ways ,and see if this work...The clomid that i took this was my 2nd time went to the Ob but now i decide not to come back there because insurance dont cover my appointments and i cash it out from my pocket .
    Pls let me know and help me when i start intercourse with dh and how many times in a day or when can be ,straight 3 -4 days if i can ..

According to what my dr. has told me  - I start having intercourse a couple days after the last clomid pill and continue intercourse for the next week and a half about every other day (if you BD too often then the sperm is not as potent).

You most likely o'd between June 5-7. That is based on a 12-14 day Lp. Have you tried OPKs? Last cycle of Clomid I o'd on cd12 this cycle cd14. I know others have even been later. I would use OPKs starting about 3-4 days after last pill. Every woman reacts differently to the meds. Some women have o'd much later, while some even o b4 last pill! If dh has good s/a every day is fine for bd. My dr recommended 2x a day the day b4 o and the day of o. This is only if normal s/a, though.

My OB actually advise to have intercourse every alternate day starting from day 10 after period.  I did that and conceived in my second round of clomid two years ago, but unfortunately ended up with MC.  I am still trying now, but now my OB is monitoring my condition every cycle.  I take 100mg clomid starting from day 2 for five days.  Then I have to go back to my OB on day 5 to scan my ovaries to see if everything is ok.  Then I go back to OB again on day 12 or day 13 to see if there is any right sized eggs in the ovaries.  My ob will give me the HCG shots and ask us to try after 24 hours as the eggs will be released 24-36 hours later.  However, we just decided to try IUI this month as my OB thinks it is time to take further steps after 2 years of ttc n our own since my last MC.  Hope this would help!

As you can see, you will get different answers. You will need to check with your dr to see what is recommended for your personal situation for bding. My dr says 2times a day is better after 2 s/a that came back well within normal range.  If s/a is performed and is normal it will replenish within 24 hrs, decreasing by less than 1/2 for the second ejaculte with in the same 24 hr period. This would increase the amount of sperm ready for insemination at release of the egg. However, this is not for everyone. If there is low count, volume or other issues sometimes as little as every other day is recommended.
