possible miscarriage?

I have been ttc since february. I went 3months with no cycle. Dr, did us and showed small cysts on ovaries. Gave me progesterone to start cycl, did that hoping to ovulate and watched days and we tried. So this sat i had bad cramping, and sorry tmi, I felt like i had to have a bm, and lasted about 1 hour. later that night i started bleeding, bright red, kind of light. then sunday cramping again, and same feeling of bm and did, and noticed a lot of clots. blood still is very bright red and seems very thin. Could this possibly be a miscarriage? Thanks for any help, and I see my obgyn next friday.

I'm so sorry for you as well.  Unfortunately, I really have no experience with being pregnant and I'm not sure about your situation.  Have you gotten at positive pregnancy test?  I do know that when I tried to search on google for cyst rupture and pregnancy, to see if I could still GET pregnant after the rupture, all I could find was info on cyst ruptures DURING pregnancy.  Most of which said you can carry on normally and it happens.  The bleeding I'm not so sure about - have you told you dr about the bleeding?  It would seem to me that they should see you MUCH SOONER if that was the case.  I really wish you the best of luck - let us know what happens.
