I was just wondering whether a progesterone level of 15 at the end of my cycle is considered normalNormal saline flush or considered low. My husband and I are trying to get pregnant and my doctor said that my progesterone level of 15 might indicate that I didn't ovulate or that it might be harder to get pregnant. Also I was wondering what causes a low progesterone level?
Not sure about the end of your cycle number-I think that most doctors look for a level of 10 or above (on an unmedicated cycle) to indicate ovulation, but that is on a day 21 test. I think 15 is pretty good, actually, if it was a day 21 test.
I agree! 15 is a great number! I have no idea why your doctor would say that might indicate that you didn't ovulate. Anything over 10 is good. And a 15 means you DEFINITELY ovulated! Best of luck!
