You should take your bbt everyday.  Your bbt is going to jump around a bit but what you are looking for is trends.  Also the clomid can make you ovulate sooner or later than you might expect or sometimes not at all.

What I do is, bbt everyday and when AF comes (cd 1 of next cycle) count back 13 to 14 days.  You should see a thermal shift right around that time.  What I mean by a thermal shift is your temperatures prior to ovulation will be lower then the temperatures after ovulation.  That is the indication that you ovulated.  For me, I ovulate the last day of the lower temperatures.

Also for me, I normally have short cycles and ovulate around cd 11 or 12 but with clomid cd 5-9 it usually comes later in the cycle.  Best of luck to you.

Side note to what Hannah said, be sure to take temp at same time every am, b4 getting out of bed. If you get up, even to potty, will raise temp. The robitussin is taken only til o, from what I have read. Grapefruit and Pineapple juice also help improve cm. If you chart on fertilityfriend, it will teach you everything you need to know. Is very informative.
