To me, it looks like the Semen Analysis is close to normal. The only thing that might be a bit low is the volume (I believe 2 ml or more is the norm), but the count, PH, morphology and motility seems to be in the normal range. I've never heard of testing the viability after 3 hours, so I'm not sure about that one. I'm also not sure what the normal white blood cell count (wbc) is.
