Are you asking how you know the clomid has done its job, meaning make you ovulate? Your Dr. should be doing some ultrasounds and then check your progesterone after your have ovulated to confirm. Or are you asking the chances of getting pregnant on clomid? The statistics vary on this. I know some women get pregnant the first month on clomid but I think most Dr's will try it for 3-6 cycles.
