Any suggestions for dizziness and nausea

by ladygeegee, Jun 30, 2009 04:55PM
Hey all
I'm having a tough time today. I feel soo dizzy and nausea. I'm having a problem swallowing and i just feel bad. Any ideas to get the nausea to go away? As well as what to do for the overall feeling bad. I don't have alot of pain but this other stuff. I had some green tea and it got worse. Green tea usually doesn't bother me..Thanks

Hugs

Good morning;
  This might be TMI but when I have that overall bad feeling, it usually stems from IBS. When I feel dizzy, vertigo like, I take motion sickness tablets. I know that's not a lot of help, but I tried......:) I hope you feel better today Gee.

gentle hugs
