Hi

hope your well.

I had awfull time coming off my diazapan that the doctor wanted me to come off as she was worried i was addictied to it and put me on zopiclopine i had a bad reaction and did not even make me sleepy!!

my chest was tight my heart was racing my mouth was numb and i felt really ill it passed i was up till 3am i gave in and took some diazapam on top prob not the best idea but i slept the effects are going now iv got the feeling in my lips back and my heart has calmed iv had heart racing from decongestants before so maybe that had that in iv never been sensitive to any drug, i feel really all over the place today but im hoping it will pass.

I went out for the first time in a wheel chair this tuesday just for three hours never been out in one and not been shopping since i got sick my friend spoilt me rotten but i sufferd the next day but it was worth it it was just stiffness and muscle pain i can cope with that but since the weather has got colder the cold sets my nerve pain off again i cant wear certain clothes because it sets it off too odd!!

Im trying to get a disabled parking badge but its hard without a dx.

take care x

Hi, Sorry to hear it's been tough.  I've been busy with the birthday (good but not smooth like I feared), and then visiting an aunt for a few days with my mom...  I haven't been on the computer in days.

The decongestant effect will pass.  It's typical of many cfs folks.  Maybe you can try shorter trips outside when you go - or take more rests along the way.  It's hard to slow down, but it's like catching a ball.  If you can get under it, you can lift it up.  If you just run hard at it, you can't.  When I get a chance I'll write some more... (I've got a lot to do and I've caught something buggy.)

Here you don't need a dx, just a doctor's signature on the form and the right boxes checked off.  As you play around you'll figure out what works for you - really!

Your lucky everything seems a fight over here to get anything unless dx.

More test this wed dreading them.  Im tired so not writing much ill come on tomorrow and write some more.

so glad your ok and visiting family went well.

Im sticking  to my diazapan and my lyrica and quinine i know how i react to them, iv never had a drug reaction to anything except this sleeping tablet and the decongestant which iv not taken for two years knowing the reaction i get, i have a nasel spray steroid one instead.

Take Care
