Hi, Sorry to hear it's been tough. I've been busy with the birthday (good but not smooth like I feared), and then visiting an aunt for a few days with my mom... I haven't been on the computer in days.
The decongestant effect will pass. It's typical of many cfs folks. Maybe you can try shorter trips outside when you go - or take more rests along the way. It's hard to slow down, but it's like catching a ball. If you can get under it, you can lift it up. If you just run hard at it, you can't. When I get a chance I'll write some more... (I've got a lot to do and I've caught something buggy.)
Here you don't need a dx, just a doctor's signature on the form and the right boxes checked off. As you play around you'll figure out what works for you - really!
Your lucky everything seems a fight over here to get anything unless dx.
More test this wed dreading them. Im tired so not writing much ill come on tomorrow and write some more.
so glad your ok and visiting family went well.
Im sticking to my diazapan and my lyrica and quinine i know how i react to them, iv never had a drug reaction to anything except this sleeping tablet and the decongestant which iv not taken for two years knowing the reaction i get, i have a nasel spray steroid one instead.
