Effexor and Fibro

I was put on Effexor a few months ago due to horrific pain in my joints and muscles. Went to a Rhemotologist. I was on chemo for Hep C until Feb. My pain has gotten better, but I am so darn tired all the time, I can hardly get dressed every day. Does anyone think this could be from the Effexor? I had more energy when I was in pain all the time. Any thoughts?
