Fibromyalgia and Pain in Back of Legs

I have had Fibromyagia now for about 2 years. This one is new to me, all of the sudden I have this annoying throbbing pain in the back of my legs, mainly behind the knees and the thighs. It has been very tough to sleep the last couple of nights. Has anyone else experienced this and what did you to do help it?

I have something like that. I can't stretch my legs all the way out because of it.

I have that pain plus severe RLS I found a product that has really helped it is made by Hylands called restfull legs, they also made one just for pain. It is all natural and I really like it.

What exactly is RLS? How do your legs feel?
