Has anyone taken Provigil for the extreme fatigue of fibro? It is not one of the conditions listed for it's use. But if it helps with extreme fatigue in other conditions, why wouldn't it help in fibro. Thinking about asking my PCP about it next time I'm in to see him.
I have taken Provigil for my fibro and I think it works great. I felt kind of funny taking meds to both keep me awake and put me to sleep, but I loved taking it. My insurance won't cover it anymore because it is really expensive, but it really did work for me. Hope this helps a littleLittle noses decongestant Little tummys.
I've taken both Provigil and AdderallAdderall Adderall xr(adderrall) to help with the bad fatigue I get. I like Provigil a lot more than Adderall (adderrall). It seems to have less severe side-effects for me. The only problem is that it causes my Irritable Bowel Syndrome to get out of control. So frustrating! Other than that, I would really recommend it. Best of luck to you, I hate the fatigue of this illness.
