SHINE protocol- any success stories?

by Victoria10, Nov 03, 2009 08:31PM
Has anyone had any success following Dr. Teitelbaum's SHINE protocol?

If anyone has any CFS or fibromyalgia success stories, please share and tell us how you did it!?

Thanks!

I just finished his book.  It does sound interesting and I get the blowing the fuse idea.  I was wondering too if anyone had tried the protocol.

I am going to at least start part of it.  It can't hurt to be more healthy that is for sure.

Hopefully you will get more responses!

Thanks Karen! Let me know if you experience anything from his products that is life changing as he says it should be. Anything to improve my quality of life would be welcomed! I was thinking about buying his book too...Thanks so much and best of luck!
