Suggestions to help pain/stiffness/fatigue

I've just been diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I've been in so much pain that there are days I can hardly walk much less do anything else. I was given some meds to help with the pain that I will try. But I was wondering if anyone has any
suggestions on other things I can do that might help ease the pain/stiffness/fatigue?
