facial spasms/contractions with fibro

Does anyone have facial spasms or condractions with there fibro? I've had fibro for 14 years and now for the past year I have what looks like bell's palsy without affecting my eye. Neuro doesn't know what it's from, nor does my PCP whose an internist. So, I'm looking to this forum for help.

Have you been tested for lyme?

Lyme? No, I haven't. This whatever it is comes and goes. Sometimes it's there all day and then other days just a few minutes. It does look like I've had a stroke, but I've been tested and it's all negative.
