Does anyone have burning sensations due to their fibro

I have been taking Levothroxyin for my thyroid and noticed the burning started not long after starting this med. My doctor doesn't want to change it because my levels are good.  They keep uping my Gabapentin hoping that it will work but it hasn't. My weight gain has been out of this world. In 2 weeks i gained 10+ pounds. I weigh more now than i did when i was pregnant ever. I don't know where to turn or try next. I have been thinking of not taking the thryoid med anymore, seems this all started once i began taking it.Is anybody else having this unbearable burning sensations? If you do what do you to ease the pain? What about the weight gain? The doctor looks at me like I have lost my mind so any help would be helpful
