skin sensitivity

Does anyone, when in pain, have such sensitive skin, that they can't even stand to have clothes on? I find sometimes, especially at night, that I can't have anything even touching my skin other than maybe a light sheet. Is there any relief for that?

In your case Elli it is most likely because of adrenal fatigue or adrenal exhaustion. At night your already low cortisol levels are even lower causing even more sensitivity.
Please look into this asap, to prevent any further adrenal function impairment, which could cause your body the inability to produce cortisol and have an adrenal crisis.

My opinion is to find a knowledgeable Holistic or Naturopathic Doctor in Endocrine disorders and Adrenal fatigue to help you with what seems to be at the root of most of your health issues.
Sorry, if I have repeated myself in some notes here-I did not intend to sound like a broken record,lol!- but I just want to make you very aware of this, so you can consider addressing it.
Unfortunately, this is an area where most conventional doctors do not approach until it's too late.

I can offer you another explanation (neurotransmitter dysregulation), however, the adrenal imbalance, is to my opinion the most likely.

Best wishes.
