Abdominal Pain - Right side - Gall Bladder??

Hope you will be able to help me out.

My husband (31) is suffering from abdominal pain since 3-4 months now. The pain is under rib cage on right side and radiates to the back. Its not comforting for him to sleep on the sides. The pain generally occurs after eating and during lying down.

1. CBC test is normal.
2. Ultrasound - 3mm echogenic non-shadowing, non-mobile foci along gallbladder wall, consistent with a gall bladder polyp. No gallstones or sludge is noted. Common bile duct is dilated 3mm in diameter. No gross focal mass is seen within pancreatic body and portions of pancreatic head. No gallbladder wall thickening or pericholecystic fluid is identified.
Impression- 3mm gallblader (gallbladder) polyp.
3. HIDA scan with CCK - 91%

The doctor is not sure herself and suggests gallbladder could be the issue. But I am not getting convinced. The high ejection fraction from HIDA scan is confusing. I havent heard a doctor being confident about it.

Currently he is on medicines like probiotics, PPI and bacterial antiboitics. He is feeling a little better with non-fatty food and medicines. The pains have reduced to 1-2 times a day. Initially the pains were 4-5 times a day accompanied by nausea. His bowel movements are all okay.

Doctor, can you please suggest any theory or suggestion of next steps. I need him to get better ASAP and lead a normal life.

I am not a doctor, but it sounds exactly like gallbladder to me by the symptoms you are describing.Gallstones for example, are very difficult to find.  A tiny stone can cause major problems.  I am not sure what other tests because I am not a doctor, sorry. Some physicians just remove the gallbladder.
