Breast massage provides relief

With my fibro I get a lot of pain in my breasts, my chest, my ribs and my shoulders.  I went to my massage therapist Friday and she said a lot of my pain was due to congestion in my breasts.  She performed breast massage on me and showed me how to do it.  I felt immediate relief.  Do google self breast massage and give it a try.

I can relate to this as I was diagnosed with fibrocystic breast condition in my early 20's.  At the time, my doctor suggested supplementing with evening primrose oil.  It didn't seem to help me much, but thought I'd mention it since it was recommended.

I'm glad the massage therapy was so productive.  I have a lot of back pain and keep meaning to research area massage or chiropractor options.  I have early degenerative disk disease in my upper spine and know that even if it didn't solve all of my problems, I would surely benefit some!
