Building stamina
I'm currently working on setting some long-term goals. The goal that I need advice with is doing the 3-day Breast Cancer walk in 2015. I'm looking for ideas on how to build up my stamina. I'm working on getting my Fibromyalgia under control and dealing with other health issues as well. It takes all I have to walk just a mile. I really want to do this. Any suggestions?
