Burning pain from shoulder to hand Fibromyalgia

Can anyone tell me if this sounds like fibromyalgia.Intense
burning from top of shoulder all through arm in to hand.
I had this expierience the other night in bed and it scared
me.I popped a few baby aspirins in my mouth for fear it was
a sign of heart attack.

Thanks for putting in your thoughts :~) it is comforting to know that this is a fibro symptom.I just got back my MRI results with brain and spine.Brain is clean with no lesions so MS is ruled out.Back side has some issues though.
Showed some spinal stenosis and a slight curve.I have had all blood work done recently to check for Lupus/Rheumatoid factor. That came back clean as well.So now I feel when I go to Rheumatologist in the fall that we can focus all weird and painful symptoms at tender point areas to more than likely being fibro.Do you ever get a stiff neck though with alot of pain? I think that is where mine started back in 04.I woke up and couldn't move my neck for a few days. Then slowly s time moved forward all the sensory issues popped up as to lights/sounds/pain and fatigue

I have this, docs just give me more pain killers. You do need to see a doctor, it took 7 years for my mum to be diagnosed with fibro. So many doctors think it's all in your head.....my profile says what I suffer with, and I have a multitude of symptoms. I am on 375 slow release venlafaxine, 40 amitripline and a range of strong pain killers when needed. Good luck
