Candida diet

Have any of you tried this yeast free dietor cleanse? Orhas any of you been to the fibro/cfs center throughout the us?

Trying to figure if itwas effective..

I haven't tried that exact one...

I do take probiotics and when I stay away from sugar I feel so much better! I'm sure there is a connection between fiber/fatigue and sugar/yeast. I've also had a lot of success with gluten-free eating, it helps with pain a lot!
