Could this be fibromyalgia
From time to time I experience skin sensitivity. It feels like the nerve endings are sensitive, almost like a sunburn might feel.

I had exactly what you describe the last two days over the right side of my abdomen...it even felt burnt and unbearable to touch the skin. I've read it can be a symptom of fibro and that some people have it so bad they can't bear the feeling of clothes on their skin. It's worth getting it checked out by a doctor though, especially if you have any other symptoms too.
