Does anyone have leg cramping all the time...severe headaches n lower back pain...it's almost more than I can take ...I take Vicodin n it doesn't help at all....can anybody help me

yes  my legs feel like they are tied in ropes and somebody is pulling them really tight---I have swelling. rashes, heart pounding. can;t walk....i haVE A LOTOF SPINE ISSUES THOUGH--sorry for capitals
