Does anyone else experience worse pain at night?

I have noticed worsening pain it seems when I lie down, which contributes to my insomnia.

Usually, symptoms usually get worse in most medical conditions as the evening progresses. This has to do with cortisol levels going down in the evening and being the lowest around bedtime.
There are other factors, like slower circulation at night and less
activities to keep the mind engaged in things other than focusing
on pain!
Try a nice epsom salt bath, or a transdermal magnesium treatment before bedtime. It will help you feel better.
I hope this helps.
Best wishes,
Niko

Yes I have the worst pain at night when I am inactive! I can wake up from the pain in my muscles and joints! My fibro brings about a flare often. Now I find after getting a block walked with my dog and my lower back pain is excruciating! I also have problems with IBS-C. I know for a fact fibromyalgia exists! ITs a tough thing to deal with too! Good luck to you!
