Does fibromyalgia cause hair loss?

Im wondering if fibro is the culprit of my hair loss and if it is why is it happening?  Can someone give me some advice on how I can stop it?  Is it reversible?  Not one doctor has been able to answer this.  I also have burning scalp at times.  Thank you....

Hi there,  hair loss in fibro is usually due to low
Vitamin D3 levels. Ask your doctor to check it.

I've had hair loss on and off for  10 years now and
It's always because my vd3 is near zero.  It will also
Help with your nails too

Vit.D3 is low in nearly 75% of North Americans (Canadians mostly) due to lack of year round sunshine. Good idea to be checked; chargeable in Ontario, you'll likely need it anyhow. I found it made a big difference.
I've also been struggling with thinning hair; at 52 and post menopausal on top of being a severe Fibromite, hormones also factor in.
Good luck,
Gentle hugs,
