Extreme Fatigue
Hi,
I don't know if I have CFS, but I have been suffering extreme fatigue since the summer, I get dizzy getting up, and have to calculate my every move to see if I have enough energy or won't feel like collapsing.
I do have crohn's disease which depletes energy but this seems unreasonable, and docs keep telling me my bloods are fine. The medication I am on does not have fatigue as a side effect. I just don't know what to think anymore. What is wrong with me?

My blood pressure has been normal and I don't feel my heart race just get slightly light headed when I get up.
Hi ! Do you have low blood pressure ? Also, when you stand up... does your heart race ?
