FMS and mycoplasma combination, frustration.

I have FMS/MPS/CFS with a side dish of Mycoplasma (M.Pneumonaie)  The FM I've had for 15 years now but what makes it intolerable is the fact that I have this reoccuring Mycoplasma.  My doctor has had me on Antibiotic therapy which makes me feel awesome because it clears the Mycoplasma bacteria BUT if one bit is left in your system I'm told, it blooms again.  This is what keeps happening to me.  
My lymph glands enlarge, Low level temp. elevation, my throat gets sore, my eyes burn and I have sharp pain in them, my ear (right) aches, I get hives, bad headache,  I feel weak as all heck and ache all over.

I need to find a specialist to kill this serious infection. I am sooo sick of being sick, my life is being stolen from me. I'm having difficulty keeping myself above water with the depression that comes with FM and my genetic predisposition to depression.

Can anyone enlighten me as far as what to do?

I've been researching mycoplasma treatment options, and have found recommendations online (an 85% relapse occured in pt's who stopped treament before 12 wks, and a minimum of 5-6 cycles of 6 wk treaments are needed. I'm not able to find any informed GP in Toronto who would prescribe me Doxycycline for 6 mths - so I'm forced to pay out of my own pocket and order it online.) ..... from this article http://www.*********.com/me-cfs/blog/boardDetail.cfm?id=606356

If anyone knows of a Dr/clinic i can go to to diagnose/test for mycoplasma and treatment PLEASE let us know !!
