Forget Fibromyalgia?

How can I cure my Fibromyalgia Symptoms without involving drug?

I'm not sure one can 'cure' FM...but, I'm positive by doing gentle stretching and deep breathing technics could relief the pain that you're going thru.

I hav FMS for 17yrs now....I don't take any meds for it, except when I'm in excruciating pain and when no amount of stretching could give me any relieve.

Pacing your activity is very important as well.

I've had fms my entire adult life.    The condition only got much worse during the years where I tried to get relief by taking medications.   That only made for having two sleeping disruption syndromes instead of just the fibro one.     These drugs disrupted my already fragile sleep/wake cycle and spun it completely out of control.    The drugs alter your body's own chemistry which among other things controls your sleep cycle.  
You also need to avoid giving yourself any kind of stress.    That can also spin fibro totally out of control.

I wish I had some sort of proof for this statement, but I fully believe that my fibro symptoms worsened while I was taking Savella.

My sleep cycles were severely interrupted and my anxiety symptoms increased.

I'm now OFF of any Fibro meds and the only thing I take is blood pressure RX and Pristiq.

My New Year Goal is to get off all MEDS - I think I would feel so much better if I could focus on improving my health naturally!

I had some horrible withdrawal from Pristiq so be sure to do it with a doc and slowly!

Pristiq can also lower your white blood cell count.  I stay away from it. If we are fighting a virus or bacteria here; I need all the white blood cells I got and then some!

I take vitamins daily in order to keep myself happy and healthy. B-Complex (great for your mood) and Omega 3-6-9 (improves concentration/mostly dissolves my fibro fog.
